Franky Agostino
Franky Agostino was born in 1975 in Lacoruna, Spain. Since he was a little boy, he has been fascinated with surrealism and the Spanish art culture. Salvador Dali is one of his biggest influences, which is why you will see multiple hallucinatory images, plays on nature, woman and the dream world in his work. He pulls his main inspiration from women and the ocean. Art is Franky's therapy and provides guidance in his life. ART+LOVE = LIFE Franky is self taught, primarily starting his art career through graffiti on the streets of Spain. In 1996, he moved back to San Diego, CA realizing that he was meant to live here. The ocean inspired Franky in such a spiritual way, making him reach deep within his mind to express himself and develop his current style. Franky loves what he does because he feels limitless and knowing that is what builds his passion. Franky has exhibited work internationally in Spain, Costa Rica, Italy, Venezuela and the United States.
